No. We design the collaboration to fit into your existing schedule. The initial assessment is 30 minutes, and during the implementation phase, support happens in short, regular weekly sessions. No large time commitments are required from the team at once.

Completely understandable. AI is one tool among many for us, not mandatory. We always start where there's the most benefit and the least friction. If process improvement or well-being is your priority, that's our priority too.

Start with the work step that consumes the most time and feels tedious. The most common quick win in SMEs is drafting messages, proposals and reports, an AI assistant produces a first draft and a human polishes it. Avoid starting with large system integrations. A small, measurable use case in 2–4 weeks builds trust far better than a months-long project.

The engagement comes in two parts: scoping days, and the 90-day implementation and follow-up built on them. Scoping days from €3,500 and the 90-day implementation and follow-up from €5,000. The final price depends on the focus and the size of the company. A free 30-minute intro call is always the first step, you receive an accurate estimate and see whether the fit is right before committing.

We agree on 2–3 concrete metrics up front, for example hours saved per week, projects completed per quarter or staff job satisfaction. We measure these at baseline and again at 30, 60 and 90 days. If the targets are not met we address it openly and adjust course, or end the engagement with no additional charges.

Not fully, the scoping days (1–2 days) are always done in person with the agreed group. We prefer to host them in a calm location outside the office, where we can demonstrate both AI effectiveness and daytime recovery in practice. Those days are blocked in the calendar. After scoping, the 90-day implementation and follow-up are run mostly remotely as weekly sessions, so the daily commitment stays light. We work this way across Finland from our base in Jyväskylä.
