We process personal data for the following purposes: • Processing contact requests (legal basis: contract performance or legitimate interest) • Managing bookings (legal basis: contract performance) • Operating the AI chatbot service (legal basis: legitimate interest; starting a conversation is voluntary) Website visitor statistics are cookieless and contain no personal data (section 7).

• Name • Email address • Phone number (if provided in the form) • Company name • Content of chatbot conversations (messages you type yourself) We do not collect IP addresses or cookie-based identifiers.

The site has an AI assistant named Saga, clearly labeled as artificial intelligence. Saga uses an OpenAI language model to answer your questions: your conversation is sent to OpenAI to generate the reply. OpenAI does not use these conversations to train its models. Conversations are stored for 30 days to improve the service and detect misuse, after which they are deleted automatically. If you leave your contact details in the chat, they are handled as a contact request (section 4). The chatbot does not replace professional advice on medical, legal, or financial matters.

We count page views with our own cookieless tracking. We store only the page path, a coarse device class (mobile/desktop), the address of the external referring site, and possible campaign parameters. We store no IP address, no browser identifier, and no visitor-specific identifier, and we use no cookies or other technology stored on your device. The statistics are kept in Nollaamo's own system in the EU (Supabase, Ireland). Because the data contains no personal data, no consent is required.

Customer data is retained for 3 years after the end of the customer relationship. Chatbot conversations are deleted automatically after 30 days. The cookieless visitor statistics are anonymous aggregate data (no personal data).

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties, except: • Service providers (e.g., email and AI services) — only to the extent necessary and within the scope of agreements • Statutory obligations

Some services we use (e.g., AI and email services) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We are actively moving services into the EU region.
